Genex: an open-source AI game engine, shown working

A desktop release demo for an open-source engine built around AI-driven game creation.

The most-cited reason AI game demos disappoint is that they are videos of something that does not run. This one ships a desktop build and is open source, which invites the only test that matters: download it and see.

Open-sourcing a game engine is a genuinely expensive bet. It means the roadmap belongs partly to whoever shows up, and it means the demo has to survive being poked at by people who will absolutely try to break it.

That is a much stronger claim than a rendered trailer, and a much easier one to verify.
